Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours of scheduled start time are subject to a fee that is 50% of the service. No-shows or cancellations within an hour of the appointment will be charged in full. We cannot fill appointment slots that have late cancellations, for this reason we must charge a cancellation fee.
